RETURN POLICY
Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and will work with you to rectify any problems that may arise. All claims regarding quality of wood must be made within 10 days on receiving shipment of wood. Wood must not be altered from original form from initial purchase. All claims or returns must be approved by Elite Tonewoods before shipment is returned and or credited back.
Domestic Orders
For domestic shipping we use UPS Ground or FedEx ground and charge a flat rate in most cases, with the exception of bulk orders for which we will charge the actual rate.
International Orders
Some items are not eligible for international shipping due to CITES restrictions. If you require international shipping, you can either submit your order and we will follow up with a separate invoice for shipping once it has been calculated, or click "contact us" and we will work with you to find the most cost effective shipping method before you place your order.
Insurance
Most of the standard shipping services that we use will include minimal insurance. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact us to request additional insurance and cover any extra costs that it brings.
